KITCHEN -The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, water heater, and a floor-to-ceiling window that brings in natural light. -For your convenience, it also includes a capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. BEDROOMS -The apartment features two comfortable and stylish bedrooms, ideal for families or small groups. -The ensuite bedroom includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, armchairs, a mirror, air conditioning, and access to a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and includes a bathtub. -The second bedroom is equipped with three single beds, a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, a chair, air conditioning and its own private balcony. -All beds are freshly made with high-quality bed linen. -Both bedrooms are fitted with blinds for privacy and a restful night's sleep. BATHROOMS -There are two bathrooms in the apartment. -The ensuite bathroom (in the master bedroom) is spacious and features a bathtub, double sink and mirror, toilet and bidet. -The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink, mirror toilet, and bidet. -Towels are provided for all guests. -A hairdryer is also available for your convenience. OUTDOOR SPACES -The apartment includes three private balconies. -The property is located in the heart of Lagos, with cafés, shops, beaches and the marina just a short walk away. -The building is equipped with a lift for easy access. Despite regular cleaning and maintenance, small insects may appear due to the mild climate and proximity to nature, which is characteristic of the region. House rules 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas. Please The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. If keys are lost, forgotten on the property, or left inside the lock, a penalty fee will be applied. Furthermore, if required, a technical intervention will be arranged and charged accordingly. ********Please note: This property is located in the heart of the city center, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. As such, the area is lively, especially during evenings and weekends. While this makes it an excellent location for enjoying the local nightlife, it may result in some noise during the night.
