The space:
Situated in the breathtaking town of Vilamoura in the Algarve, with wonderful beaches very close, with markets, restaurants, and bars nearby, this lovely apartment is well-appointed with all that you could desire during your stay.
The apartment features :
- 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed with comfortable bedding sets;
- 1 bedroom with two single beds;
- A spacious living room with a sofa bed, a cable TV, air conditioning and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchenette that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homemade meal during your stay like an oven, a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
- 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both count with a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience!
- A balcony where you can enjoy a good glass of wine or a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the city.
- Access to the fantastic swimming pool.

2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the property or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and property doors locked when away from the property.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
