The apartment’s minimalist aesthetic features warm terracotta floors, natural wood cabinetry, and artisanal decor, creating a peaceful and welcoming space. The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and decorated with soothing, neutral tones, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a book or share a cozy meal. The fully equipped kitchenette includes all essentials for home cooking, with chic marble countertops and custom wood accents. The bedroom offers a serene retreat with a comfortable double bed and soft lighting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy a stylish bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower and elegant finishes. Step outside to your private cactus garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by lush greenery. This outdoor space is ideal for quiet moments, providing a connection to nature right at your doorstep. *NOTE: the space was designed for a slow lifestyle, so that guests could relax and regain their energy. There is no television. *NOTE*: LovelyStay informs that the property is located close to other properties, so there may be noise from outside, for which the Host cannot be held responsible. There are building works going on close to the accommodation. We apologize in advance. House rules: 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.* Other things to note We are passionate about travel and enjoy meeting new people from across the globe; thus, we aim to share our passion for this unique city with you through our carefully selected property portfolio. This is designed to ensure that you get the best out of your trip tothe Algarve. We are happy to assist you with booking additional services such as a reservation at a typical Portuguese restaurant for some delicious local food and transport to and from the airport (for an added fee), in order to make your stay all the more enjoyable and unique! Please The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9 PM are subject to a €15 surcharge, and from 11 PM to a €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival, in order to cover transportation costs thereafter. We are always available and happy to help you with anything you may need both before and during your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Algarve very soon! Extra keys: 25Eur until 6h30pm, 50Eur until 12 am (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). * Technical service is not included.
