Any damage or stolen item in the property will be charged in the provided credit card.Utility bills included until €50 water + €50 electricity.The tourist tax will be charged upon arrival, which is €2 per person and charged for a maximum of 7 nights.We do not have a reception in the building.  Please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance. Our check-in time is from 15h00 to 22h30. After that time it will be considered a Late check-in.
