Next to the beautiful Jardim das Flores and the Botanical Garden, the apartment is surrounded by incredible restaurants, bars, and antique shops. ￫ Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building without an elevator. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. ￫ Living Room In the living room, there is a smart TV with cable connection and a cozy sofa facing the well-lit balcony overlooking the street. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. ￫ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning.
