With a privileged location, you can enjoy stunning views and the convenience of proximity to public transport. To access the apartment it is necessary to climb a flight of 20 steps. The apartment shares an entrance with a restaurant on the floor above. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and opening onto the balcony; another, interior (no windows) with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (with shower). Both have air conditioning. ￫ Living/Dining room Spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, air conditioning and dining table. ￫ Bathroom A modern bathroom with shower. ￫ Kitchen A large kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, grill, stove, fridge, washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included) ￫ Balcony A delightful balcony overlooking the Douro pier, with a living and dining area, as well as a wood-burning barbecue, so you can enjoy the mild climate in the best way! Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
