Climate controlled with air conditioning, you'll be comfortable in any season! - Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated building, in a historic area characterized by narrow and picturesque streets, where you'll find a charming mix of traditional and modern architecture, so don't forget to explore on foot! Please note that at the entrance of the building, there are 3 steps. NOTE: Ongoing construction works in adjacent building. - Living Room A compact yet cozy living room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and kitchenette. The light tones and use of fibers and natural materials provide lightness and a relaxing atmosphere. The air conditioning ensures your comfort in any season! - Kitchenette Fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bedrooms It features two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe to keep all your belongings organized! Another with a single bed and a convenient and practical desk. Both are equipped with air conditioning. - Bathroom A modern bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
