Located on a main avenue in a residential neighborhood of Lisbon, yet very quiet and safe, being only 500 meters from Olaias metro station and 400 meters from a supermarket and shopping center. The apartment is also only a 10-minute metro ride from Lisbon Airport and 20 minutes from downtown and all the historic neighborhoods and monuments of the city! ￫ Building The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator (elevators temporarily unavailable) and free parking. It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for great days in Lisbon, in a very quiet area with easy access to all major public transportation, including the metro (just 500 meters away!) ￫ Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and delightful natural lighting! ￫ Bathroom The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. ￫ Living room The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a desk for workaholics, and a pleasant balcony. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher,and iron. Additional Info: ￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. ￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning.
