Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of an extended stay experience with us, where every moment feels like home. - Building Apartment located on a quiet (dead-end) street, in a residential area of Paço de Arcos, just a 10-minute walk from Avenida Marginal and Praia Velha. The apartment is situated at basement level at the front of the building and at ground level at the back of the building. It is necessary to go downstairs to access the apartment. Paid street parking available. - Living Room The predominance of wood creates a cozy atmosphere, inviting you to moments of leisure and relaxation. The living room features a comfortable sofa and TV. - Kitchen Partially separated from the living area by a decorative wooden wall, these two spaces together become the ideal place to socialize and plan your next discoveries. Fully equipped with microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and dining table, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals daily. It also has dishwasher and washing machines. - Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. At ground level, a suite with a double bed and built-in wardrobe; at basement level, a room with bunk beds and another with a double bed and a convenient work desk. - Bathrooms It has two modern bathrooms with showers, one of them being en suite. Due to being located at basement level, and considering the age of the building, the apartment may be more prone to humidity. Therefore, we advise you to ventilate the spaces frequently during your stay. ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
