Room for rent in Lisbon, in Ajuda, in a family-friendly and very quiet area, with an excellent location relatively close to Alcântara and Belém. The room I am renting is very pleasant, with plenty of daylight and access to a balcony shared with the other room. The house has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition, it is quite modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is filled with light and is well-ventilated. I am looking for an organized and responsible person to share the house with. The apartment is a 15-20-minute walk from Alcântara and Belém train stations and is 10 minutes away from Calvário. lease note that I only rent out the room for the month of July.
