Explore the vibrant neighborhood and immerse yourself in local culture creating lasting memories. ￫ Building A renovated 1 bedroom apartment, on the first floor of a building with no elevator located in the residential area of Bonfim. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and opens up to an interior balcony. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. ￫ Living Room/Dining Area The living room features a modern decor and has a flat-screen TV, Air Conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 2 and opens up to the small interior balcony. ￫ Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included) Additional Information: ￫ The property is self-catered. When you arrive, you'll find some basic essentials like toiletries and toilet paper to get you started. Just a heads up: coffee and kitchen ingredients like salt and pepper aren't included, but feel free to bring your own and whip up something tasty! These essentials are provided for your first day, but replacements or refills aren’t available during your stay. ￫ Bed and bath linen are included for the number of guests in your reservation. If you're staying longer than 7 nights, you’ll get a fresh set of linens when you check in—on the house! ￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning. If you need extra cleaning or fresh linens during your stay, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance—there’s a small fee for that. ￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You’ll get one set of keys for the apartment, so keep them safe! ￫ As required by Portuguese law, we’ll collect your passport details. ￫ Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please make sure to leave the keys in the lockbox before you head out. ￫ While you’re here, you’re responsible for keeping the keys safe and making sure they’re used correctly.
