Situated near the Leça River estuary, it is just a few minutes from the Porto de Leixões and the beautiful beaches of the region, with Matosinhos Beach being a highlight, located just 650 meters away. Additionally, the location offers great convenience and accessibility: a supermarket is only 50 meters away, and the metro station is just 100 meters from the studio, providing quick access to Porto's city center in around 30 minutes. The airport is only 11 km away, with a 10-minute drive. To reach the studio, you’ll need to climb a flight of 12 steps. Simplicity and practicality define this cozy space, decorated with 1950s-inspired design. - Living/Sleeping Area This area features a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm), a television, and a practical workspace with adequate lighting. The ottoman bed and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage for your belongings. - Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped for preparing your favorite meals with ease. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and a Krupps Nespresso coffee machine (coffee capsules not included). - Bathroom A modern bathroom with a shower, equipped with a washer-dryer. As it is an interior room, we recommend keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the studio regularly to minimize humidity and potential odors. Water heating is provided by a water heater. If the hot water runs out, please note that you’ll need to wait for the tank to heat up again. * Wifi available through a hotspot. * Ongoing construction works in the vicinity, no timetable for completion. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
