The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, an inviting living area, and a compact yet functional kitchen — ideal for preparing your meals. Here, you can truly immerse yourself in the authentic Lisbon lifestyle! The apartment is located in the area where the annual Festas dos Santos Populares take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this region can get quite lively, and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator in the historic center of Lisbon. Access to the apartment is via stairs. The exposed wooden beams and original wooden flooring, along with perfectly placed pops of color, give the space charm and personality. Please note that the floors are original from the time the building was constructed, so they may have some unevenness. → Bedroom The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an open wardrobe. → Living Room The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, sofa, and a dining table for two. It connects to the kitchen through a small window with a countertop. → Bathroom There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower (accessible via a step). Please note that due to the architecture of the roof, some areas have low ceilings. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, oven, two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundromat just a 1-minute walk away, at 48 Rua dos Poços dos Negros. Things to know: →Repair and maintenance works will be ongoing on the property's roof from June. Additional Information: → The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Cot and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
