Please note that this area can become quite lively, and you should anticipate noise. ￫ Building The apartment is on the first floor of a building with no elevator, located on top of Lisbon's highest hill! It is ideal for for families or groups of friends looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms: The main one has an en suite bathroom with a double bed and air conditioning; the second one, an interior bedroom (has a window to the living room) has a double-bed and the third one features a single bed. ￫ Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. ￫ Living Room The living room has smart TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioner and beautiful decoration. ￫ Dining Room The apartment has a dining area, equipped with air conditioner, facing a green area where you can enjoy all the tranquility and privacy you need, you can be sure that you will start the day well! ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
