For colder days, the central heating system ensures maximum comfort. - Living Room The spacious living room offers stylish and comfortable leather sofas, a TV, and a decorative fireplace. The living room opens onto a pleasant balcony, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. - Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. Two feature double beds (150cm x 200cm), and the third offers two single beds (90cm x 200cm). All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, perfect for keeping everything organized. - Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and a dishwasher.
