The water comes from a well and is automatically refilled every day, in total, you'll have 2000l of water every day. Which is plenty. This house is perfect for people who want to immerse in nature and stay close to the beach. We made the house as comfortable as possible to meet your needs. A big sofa, 55-inch TV, and all imaginable kitchen utensils. All mattresses and pillows are memory foam. The towels are 100% cotton. You'll have the jacuzzi/ hot tub to enjoy during the day. The location is 5 min by car to the beaches of Costa da Caprica. 5 min drive to the street full of restaurants, local shops, fresh produce market, and supermarket. 15 min drive from a shopping mall. 40 min by car to Lisbon. 50 min by car to Setubal and Arrabida where you'll find beaches without waves Please let me know if you're bringing your pet. The house is fully fenced so it won't be able to escape. There are 2-3 dogs roaming around the closed condominium but they all have owners and are pet and people-friendly. IMPORTANT: You need to hire a car for this property if not you'll have to use UBER to go everywhere. It's possible to walk to the beach and some local restaurants but that's all. Prices of Uber to and from airport range from 25 to 45 euros depedning on the traffic.
