Located at the heart of Campolide Lisbon, with all the commerce and neighborhood life within walking distance, and the city historical center 3km away, this is a perfect place for your stay in Lisbon. This house is part of our traditional pateo, where we have 5 houses all alike, fully rebuilt keeping its traditional look but with all the comfort! The house is a duplex, with the living room, kitchen and a full bathroom at the entrance floor. Upstairs theres a large bedroom, with two single beds and a bunk bed, a second full bathroom, a nice closet area and a small balcony overlooking the pateo. The house is fully equipped for a mid or long stay. The price includes all house bills, as well as bed linen towels provided clean on a weekly basis. Cleaning during the stay is not included but can be requested as an extra service. Occasional extra guests can stay over, with an extra fee, Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
