The space: This lovely apartment is well-appointed with all that you could desire during your stay. It is comprised of the following: - A comfy living room with two couches, cable TV and a large source of natural light; - A pleasant balcony with a little barbecue; - 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, two of them with en-suite bathroom and a small balcony. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience; - A fully equipped kitchen that will provide you with the amenities necessary for the preparation of a homemade meal, like a stove, coffee machine, microwave, etc. The apartment includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, for your convenience; - Besides the two en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower), the apartment also counts with a complete bathroom, with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. *NOTE* LovelyStay informs that the property is located close to other properties, so there may be noise from outside, for which the Host cannot be held responsible. House rules: 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.* The neighborhood: For a quiet and peaceful vacation with easy access to the rest of the Algarve coast, Portimão is a great choice. It is the largest city in the western Algarve and is known for its excellent beaches with long stretches of sand and warm, calm waters, which makes it a very attractive vacation destination. Despite its considerable size, the area has a discreet and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea breeze. Very close by, you can find the historic city center, which has a distinctly Portuguese atmosphere, with squares full of outdoor cafes, connected by pedestrian shopping streets, and a number of churches scattered throughout. This region can easily be explored in half a day.
