Hello! We are a Local Accommodation that provides services for guests, students and residents. We have a washing machine, but it's not included in the monthly rent. Furthermore, smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas, but the guest house has a terrace where guests can smoke freely. It is mandatory to pay the security deposit before entering the accommodations.
