You can now find there new breweries/bars, co-working places, creative hubs and art galleries. This small house of 1902 was part of a workers village that was just totally refurbished to add comfort and modernity to the space. The loft studio of the basement has 45 square meters and is fully equipped and decorated with extremely good taste. Bus stop is 10 meters from the door and Braça de Prata train station to city center Entrecampos station is at 10 minutes walk. Parking in the street is easy and still free of charge. The river side is a wonderful place to run and practice sports and is just 1km distant. The owner lives on the 1st floor and is willing to have a cool neighbor to say hi every day.
