One double bed bedroom for you (single individual or a couple), an open kitchen/living room space, including a workstation. The apartment also has a second bedroom with an elevated bed, but that will serve exclusively as a storage room for some of my belongings, for your suitcases, shoes, and you can use it as an office too.
If you know Portugal houses, and you've been to Lisbon before, you will know a common complaint is the cold inside the homes. Not at mine, I invested in insulation and have heating throughout the house, so you will appreciate that you'll be warm inside and all the bills are included.
Located 6 mins. walk from Olaias metro station. Same distance there are groceries (Minipreço and Pingo Doce), cafés, a popular Portuguese take-away restaurant and other amenities like Mercado Alfacinha, dry cleaning, tailor, etc... Olaias is a quiet neighbourhood but centrally and conveniently located in the Airport red metro line. It is also home to one of Europe's most impressive metro stations according to CNN - Olaias station. You can easily connect to all the lines:

2 stops from Saldanha (yellow line)
3 stops from São Sebastião (blue line)
Which means from here you can easily access most places in Lisbon by public transport or simply by walking from here to Alameda (10mins walk), Graça viewpoints (20mins walk), Anjos (20mins walk), Rossio (30mins walk).
