About your Studio This beautiful self-catering studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lisbon has 50m2 and it’s on the second floor of a building without elevator. This apartment has wooden floors and high ceilings. Its equipped with Air-conditioned and wi-fi connection throughout and sleeps up to 3 people. It has a double bed and a sofa-bed which can be used by two children or one adult. You have a dining space in the living room with a table for 4people and a fully equipped kitchen. You have a full bathroom with shower. Upon request and with a cost we can provide a baby cot and/ or a high baby chair. In case you are coming with a bigger group of friends we have also the apartment next door, on the same floor is a 3 bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms and one toilet. The parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is conditioned and reserved only for residents. If traveling by car we recommend you to leave the car in the car park or to look for an authorized parking area. You have several gourmet food stores and souvenir stores within walking distance as well as restaurants. The Terreiro do Paço is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, here you can enjoy the sunset by the riverside or on the terraces/ restaurants in the square. You are in the perfect place to discover the city on foot, you have a stop of the famous tram 28 at a 1-minute walk from the apartment and is at a short walk from Chiado and Rossio.
