Charming sunny fully renovated and spacious apartment (100 sq meters) located in the heart of Lisbon.
Why is it unique?
Historical building with high decorated ceilings in the living room which is furnished with XIX century antiques, an incredible light through the 3 South-facing windows make the apartment a unique place to live in the historical centre. The interior has been designed by an architect, the brand new kitchen is fully equipped with combo-microwave, electric oven, plate magnetic induction cooker which is recommended as the most safe equipment for kitchen, dish washer, kettle, toaster, fridge/refrigerator and other electric appliances useful to cook.
You can enjoy your breakfast, meals or a snacks at the white counter between the living room and the kitchen which has been designed on purpose to be not visible by the living room.
Access to the sleeping area through a hidden door which leads you to a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A wardrobe area is provided in the double bedroom.
The bedrooms are absolutely quiet and the 2 bathrooms are brand new, you have a spacious walk-in shower in one of them and a bathtub in the other.
Heating system is electric, there is no gas in the building. The apartment is provided with 2 closets, in one of the 2 you have the washing machine. The apartment is provided with WiFi, Cable and satellite TVs.
A place full of soul and history:
The apartment is located in Rua da Esperanca which is considered one of the "street with history" in Lisbon. The building is a monument, on 3 October 1910 the revolutionaries had their last meeting where the decision to make a revolution was taken and Portugal turned to be a Republic, you will have the privilege to live in a place which made the history of Portugal!

The apartment is provided with security door, it is located at the second floor but in any case you have a small elevator available which brings you directly inside the apartment, a security chip allows only to you to open the door.
At a walking distance:
The best restaurants, places for brunch (Fauna e Flora) and the best Italian ice-cream makers (Gelati Davvero, Unico and Nannarella) in the city are next to you;
Bairro Alto with its night life 10 min;
Praça do Comércio 15 min.

The tenant is requested to follow the local rules with reference to garbage recycle and to leave the apartment in good condition and to avoid noise during the night hours between 22.00 and 08.00.
In the monthly rental is included 100€ expenses per month of electricity, excessive consumptions will be charged accordingly.
For your information please note that according to national legislation, the host is obliged to communicate your stay to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), so all the guests are required to present a Passport or ID Card upon arrival.
