2 rooms apartment of 55 m² in Lisbon

It's a 2 room apartment, one with a couple bed and other with a single one. The last one has a thick curtain as a door. Both share the same sunny balcony. It's a building from the 60's with the good and not so good things about it. If you value good energy, esthetics and balconies this is the flat for you. There is balcony in all spaces, the one I use the most is the kitchen one that I keep clean and useable all the time ! I'm looking for someone sensitive and caring. It has plants and is a shoe free apartment. Let me know what do you think :)
