For added convenience, the kitchen area includes an electric kettle, toaster, and a versatile coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, and ground coffee. On the fourth floor, discover a bright and airy bedroom with views over the castle and a place to work and chill out. The apartment provides modern amenities like air conditioning, Smart TVs on both floors, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. Bed Size This studio features two bunk beds on the third floor. The bunk beds were custom-made to maximize the space and create a cozy sleeping nook. For extra comfort, the mattresses have a trapezoidal shape, measuring 135 cm wide at the head, 105 cm at the foot, and 190 cm long. Both the upper and lower mattresses have the same dimensions. This studio includes two twin beds that can be joined together to form a double bed on the fourth floor. Water Heater The apartment features an 80-liter water heater, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay. Please note that access to the studio is via a traditional staircase with narrow steps, preserving the authentic charm and historical essence of Graça’s unique architecture. This apartment is located in a renovated traditional historic building in Graça, Lisbon. As is typical of older buildings, noise from other apartments (between floors) and from the street may be heard during your stay.
