EN Casa Dias is a residence close to the center of Lisbon (Alvalade) with fourteen (14) rooms with two (2) bathrooms and two (2) WC, aimed at students and young professionals. It is located close to the Metro Station of Alvalade and Roma. The rooms are furnished with a full bed and set of sheets, duvet and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and waste bin. In-room TV is available on request. The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless internet throughout the house, and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff. The kitchen has 2 (two) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives. This location allows the house to benefit from a varied network of local commerce, using Continente supermarkets, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro and train stations of Alvalade and Roma. The house is located in the city center, allowing it to be served by a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis! Landlord’s General Rules: - Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or after 6 PM have a fee of 34,99€ - All expenses are included in the monthly rent price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas) UP TO 40€/month, per room. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the remaining amount must be made separately. - Price for an additional tenant: + €50/month - Cleaning Fee (1x/week): 49,99€/month - Fridge inside the room (minimum 6 months): 14,99€/month - The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Regras gerais do senhorio: - O check-in em feriados, fins-de-semana ou dias úteis antes das 8h ou depois das 18h tem uma taxa de 34,99€. - Todas as despesas estão incluídas no preço da renda mensal (Internet, TV cabo, eletricidade, água, gás) ATÉ 40€/mês, por quarto. Caso este valor seja ultrapassado, o pagamento do restante valor deverá ser efectuado separadamente. - Preço para um inquilino adicional: + 50€/mês - Taxa de limpeza (1x/semana): 49,99€/mês - Frigorífico no quarto (mínimo de 6 meses): 14,99€/mês - A renda mensal deve ser sempre paga na totalidade.
