Located in Campo de Ourique, one of the most central and traditional areas of Lisbon, between Jardim da Estrela and the trendy Príncipe Real area, it is surrounded by stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and green areas. The apartment is also located 5 minutes from the Rato metro station, making it an excellent location to get around. ￫ Building The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a garage and elevator. ￫ Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed with balcony, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and bidet. ￫ Living Room The living room is an open space with the kitchen and features a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa bed, air conditioning and dining table. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or ￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ Parties or any movement that causes discomfort to neighbors are not allowed. ￫ Construction works are taking place in the building with no timetable for completion. ￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. Please
