It is located in an old residential area but within walking distance of restaurants and public transportation to explore the city. Ongoing maintenance work on the building's roof; no timeline for completion. Note: - Access to the street is strictly pedestrian. → Bedroom The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed ( cm), dresser, and hanger stand. The bedroom does not have windows to the exterior but is well-lit through windows to the living room. → Living Room A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning, opening onto a small balcony. → Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machine. → Bathroom The apartment has a complete bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For longer stays, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of EUR25 for check-ins after 22:00).
