2 rooms apartment of 60m² in Lisbon

This is my home for over 15 years and I really like it! I'm generally interested in people who wish to stay a minimum of a 3/4 weeks to 8 weeks. The area is not touristy at all, about 15 minutes on a bus to the city centre and an 8 minute walk to the river and Belem, where you can eat the famous pastel de nata! Yum! LX factory in Alcantara 10 minutes away by bus. The space Beautiful and cosy old apartment with a small garden on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another an office with a bed with a curtain for privacy. Just 8 minutes walking from the historic Belem area, where you can visit various museums and cultural centres. Fully furnished kitchen and a garden where you can sit and drink your morning coffee underneath a lemon tree. New washing machine and new fridge but no TV (who wants to watch that when your visiting Lisbon?).
