1 room room of 100 m² in Lisbon

I rent my room since i will be on holidays, it is located near anjos station (green line of metro), really central, the price for the 17 nights is 270 EU. The house have 5 rooms, but only 3 are occuped, there are 2 toilets and 1 big kitchen.
