A studio beautifully located in Ribeira of Porto overlooking the Douro River. You will be a few minutes away from São Bento station, Clérigos Tower, Porto Cathedral, several touristic points and also close to beautiful gardens (Parque das Virtudes, Jardim da Cordoaria and Jardim do Carregal) and numerous high quality restaurants and stores. ￫ Building The studio is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. However, please note that there are two flights of stairs to access the elevator. The riverside area of Porto is a bustling neighbourhood with many restaurants and bars, so some exterior noise is to be expected. The street has limited car access, but the nearest road with car access is just a few steps away. ￫ Studio The apartment features a double bed in the living area with an inviting sofa, dining table and an artistic decor. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
