We rent a large fully furnished room with a double bed with storage, TV with internet and cable, desk with work chair, sofa, table and wardrobe with a closed balcony in a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It is not a suite room. Fully equipped kitchen and salad. The apartment has internet with good coverage. Bills are split between 4 people. The apartment is in the Benfica area next to Fonte Nova and 5 minutes away from the Colombo shopping center and the blue metro line. Public transport at the foot of the apartment. Fonte Nova shopping center 50 meters away. Area with cafes, two supermarkets and shops such as banks, pharmacies and restaurants. We are looking for a quiet and hard-working person or a student. We do not accept couples or people who stay in the apartment. Visits are restricted. A deposit plus the month's rent. Available from March2024. Minimum stay 6 months.
