2 rooms apartment of 50m² in Lisbon

I am renting my cozy two-bedroom flat located at Alameda, central Lisbon, in July and August. Suitable for a couple or two friends. It features one living room with veranda, one single and one double room, large corridor, full bathroom, very large and super bright kitchen, with stunning view over the city. The flat is originally from 1910, but it is very looked after. It is fully furnished and equipped with iron, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, bed clothes, towels, etc. It is located 5 minutes walking from the metro stop Morais Soares or 10 minutes walking to Alameda. It is the most central location in Lisbon - you can walk virtually to anywhere in the city in 25/30 minutes. Price - 1200 euros plus expenses (usually 100 euros). Possible to rent only one month or the two months - July and August. Please note that the flat is mine, not a business, so, I am looking for someone responsible to take good care of it, following a logic of economy of share. Do not request to rent the flat in other months, as it is not possible. No pets [as I have allergies sorry], no smokers [even if you do not smoke in the property], as I have strong allergies. Conditions: compulsory to sign rental agreement, pay one month of rent plus deposit [same as one month of rent]. Only people who sign the contract can stay in the flat - so, if two friends or a couple rent the flat, both have to sign the rental agreement.
