A compact charming apartment with view over the Alfama neighborhood, the most typical and historical neighborhood in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment is fully-equipped, including a washing machine and air conditioniong on the main bedroom. The building is located in a traditional street near the Fado Museum, the National Pantheon and the São Vicente Church. There are several restaurants, Fado Houses and supermarkets nearby. Staying in Alfama Charming Apartment will make you feel like a local! Alfama is a touristy area with a lot of activity throughout the day, especially due to the various restaurants and cafes. Therefore, noise is to be expected. During the month of June, the annual Santos Populares festivities take place in the streets, significantly increasing noise and the influx of people. ￫ Building The apartment is on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Alfama is one of the oldest districts in the city of Lisbon, and consequently, its buildings also exhibit characteristics typical of their age, such as poor sound insulation and plumbing. Please note that access to the apartment is made by steep stairs. It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. Strictly pedestrian access - closest car access is around 4 minutes walking, near Museu do Fado. Ongoing construction works in the building and nearby. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a Double Bed (with air conditioning) and the other with a Single Bed. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. ￫ Living Room The living room has a smart TV with cable connection and a sofa-bed next to the window and its nice view over the neighborhood. ￫ Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso Coffee Machine (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
