The space:
This lovely and comfortable apartment holds:
- A spacious living room with a sofa, cable TV, balcony access and a large source of natural light;
- 2 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed, one of them with an ensuite bathroom, and both with a wardrobe and AC. An extra single bed and a crib are available;
- A fully equipped kitchen that will provide you with the amenities necessary for the preparation of a homemade meal, like a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc;
- A complete bathroom that holds the basic needs for a pleasant stay, hairdryer is available for your convenience;
- A shared rooftop swimming pool, at your disposal, for a good time enjoying the sun and the freshwater;
- A balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal, the view, and the time with close ones.
*PLEASE NOTE* Repair and painting work will be taking place on the building from March to May 2024. We warn our guests that there may be some noise from this intervention, as well as access to the balconies may be blocked.

4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the property or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and property doors locked when away from the property.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

The neighborhood:
Like other urban centers along the Algarve coast, Armação de Pêra developed from a small fishing community and offers some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, recognized by the European "Blue Flag" label. With warm waters and rock formations, which hide caves and shelter reefs, the beaches of Armação de Pêra are true pearls in the Algarve paradise. Take the opportunity to go to Armação de Pêra Beach, Praia dos Beijinhos Beach or Praia da Senhora da Rocha Beach, among others. You can also take a walk along the seaside or sit on a terrace facing the sea.
The coast of the western Algarve has some of the most impressive caves, rock formations and cliffs in the Algarve. The boats that can be found in the marinas offering tours are just the right size to get inside the caves. From Armação de Pêra, it is easy to reach the fabulous Benagil Cave or the beautiful Marinha Beach by boat.
