Cosy place close to the beach in front of a very relaxing pine garden. The house also have some tables and spaces to work with a 100mb fiber internet conection. The beach in the winter is perfect to practice surf and wind /kyte surf. It has a big sand place to play ball games and run. Imagine a nice walking close to the sea every morning before work! The house is well equipped with everything you'll need for a confortable stay and is located in a very priveliged area of Cascais with all services around ( Shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants). We have partnership with the hotel for the pool and the SPA/massages and to play tenis in the tenis club close by. We also partner with a delivery company to let breakfast on the door. We do a complete cleaning and laundry two times a month. For transports it´s easy to get BUS and shared bikes/trotinets and the Train (Cascais-Lisboa) is 5minutes walking from the house in the Carcavelos station. In the other side of the Carcavelos beach is located the new business and economics worldwide university with lots of possibilities as start-up nest and big auditoriums.
