Located in sunny Santa Cruz, with great views over the sea, it is only a twenty minute drive to Funchal, but also perfectly located for exploring the island. The entrance leads directly to the very spacious open-plan living space with lounge and dining areas, which leads onto the front terrace with superb panoramic views to the sea, outdoor dining facilities, sun-beds and jacuzzi. The large fully equipped kitchen is off the living room and opens up to the terrace where you will find the large built-in barbecue and the separate laundry room. At the top of the stairs are the 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with two single beds, and a family bathroom. The front balcony is a great place for an evening drink contemplating the wonderful views over the sea. There is a further bedroom with two single beds on the second floor, where the attic has been turned in to a large bedroom with plenty of space for children to play. Overall a great spacious villa that works as well for a couples as for families, and is perfectly located to benefit from the sun and sea and as a base to explore or for walking holidays. Nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, pharmacy among other shops. If you want to find other places or activities, the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away by car.
