Located in sunny Santa Cruz, with great views over the sea, it is only a twenty minute drive to Funchal, but also perfectly located for exploring the island. The entrance leads directly to the very spacious open-plan living space with lounge and dining areas, which leads onto the front terrace with superb panoramic views to the sea, outdoor dining facilities, sun-beds and jacuzzi. The large fully equipped kitchen is off the living room and opens up to the terrace where you will find the large built-in barbecue and the separate laundry room. At the top of the stairs are the 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with two single beds, and a family bathroom. The front balcony is a great place for an evening drink contemplating the wonderful views over the sea. There is a further bedroom with two single beds on the second floor, where the attic has been turned in to a large bedroom with plenty of space for children to play. Overall a great spacious villa that works as well for a couples as for families, and is perfectly located to benefit from the sun and sea and as a base to explore or for walking holidays.
