The apartment features : - 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed with comfortable bedding sets; - 1 bedroom with two single beds; - A spacious living room with a sofa bed, a cable TV, air conditioning and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchenette that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homemade meal during your stay like an oven, a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both count with a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! - A balcony where you can enjoy a good glass of wine or a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the city. - Access to the fantastic swimming pool. **Our property is protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be House rules: 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the property or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and property doors locked when away from the property. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.* The neighborhood: This property is situated in the town of Vilamoura.
