This beautiful property is prepared to receive up to 4 people, comes fully equipped to meet all your needs, and consists of: BEDROOMS - 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed with large pillows and comfortable quality sheets, and an ensuite bathroom. - 1 bedroom with a double-sized bed with large pillows and comfortable quality sheets. BATHROOMS - 1 ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a large mirror, and a toilet. - 1 bathroom equipped with a shower, a large mirror, and a toilet. *PLEASE NOTE* The apartment is completely renovated; however, the plumbing was built in 1991, so the shower drainage is a little slower. Please save water and help the environment - turn off the faucet while washing, so the water has time to drain. LIVING ROOM - A living room with a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. It's the perfect place for reading a book or having a refreshing drink while unwinding after a long day. - The use of the fireplace is NOT permitted. KITCHEN - A kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay, such as a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, a Nespresso, a French Press and filter coffee maker, a toaster, a citrus juicer, and wine glasses! BALCONY - 2 balconies upstairs, each with access from one of the bedrooms. One of them has lounge furniture and a sunshade. - 1 balcony with a bistro table and chairs, accessible from the living area. - Enjoy the sea breeze in the sunny days and warm nights of the Algarve coast. POOL - A shared pool where you can cool off during the hot summer days. HOUSE RULES: 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are NOT allowed (sorry!).
