Welcome to our cozy and spacious studio apartment located in the charming town of Seixal in Lourinha, Portugal. This well-appointed space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. Located in a quiet residential area, our studio is just a few minutes walk away from the stunning Areia Branca beach, cafes, restaurant and bars, and a short drive to the Dino Park in Louriñha, Peniche (20 min), Obidos (30 min). The apartment is located in a house with a yard and a garden. It has a private building entrance but the outdoor space is shared with the other two units. There is an outdoor coffee table with two chairs just outside the apartment's entrance, which are designated for this apartment. In the studio you will find a comfortable couch with a coffee table, a TV with a stand, and another table with two chairs, which is extendable and can be used as a desk or as a dining table. The double bed is large, 160cm wide, for a comfortable sleep of two adults. There is a small kitchenette to make breakfast or a quick meal - it has a hot plate, microwave, kettle, espresso machine Delta, plates and bowls, glasses, silverware and basic cooking utensils. Please note that the kitchenette is not really suitable for everyday cooking but it has all the basics to make a quick meal. Please note that the apartment has a private building entrance but the outdoor space is shared with other units.
