Feel at home as you explore everything this captivating city has to offer! → Building The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, but with a beautiful solid wooden staircase. Centrally located in Saldanha, a neighborhood bustling with commercial activity, featuring numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and businesses. A dynamic neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural amenities, making it a popular and lively area to live in! → Rooms The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, large bay windows that flood the space with light, and the other with a single bed (convertible into a double bed) that also has a desk. Both equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout the year! → Bathroom: The apartment has two modern bathrooms with shower. → Living room The living room, bright and cozy, has a comfortable sofa, TV and air conditioning, providing the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Additionally, it has a dining table for 4 people to share delicious meals. → Office An office equipped with a comfortable desk and AC. Also equipped with a mirror and wardrobe, you can convert this space into a dressing room! → Kitchen In the kitchen you will find all the amenities you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge, coffee machine (coffee not included), induction hob, electric oven, microwave and electric kettle. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
