Fully-equipped apartment with sea view, next to the Lavadores Beach - a rich coastline - successively awarded with the Blue Flag certification and surrounded by 15 kms of bike path and walkways, along the sea and the Douro River. The apartment offers a very quiet and warming atmosphere so you can feel immediately at home. It provides all the comfort and peace to the perfect seaside vacation, but still close enough from the Porto and Gaia City Center! → Building The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. It's a great place for families and small groups of friends looking for some nice days by the beach, but close enough to the exciting city of Porto. → Bedroom The apartment features 3 bedrooms, and one of them is en suite. The suite has a double-bed. The second bedroom also has a double-bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. → Bathrooms Two full bathrooms with shower. Please note that it's not possible to fill the bathtub as the drain cannot be closed. The bathtub is intended for shower use only and is not suitable for soaking baths. → Living Room The Living Room has a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas and chairs. It is bathed by sunlight from the balcony and its ocean view, and has a dining table for 6. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine (temporarily out of service), dishwasher, microwave, iron and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
