All living spaces have free WiFi access, air conditioning, heating and electric blinds. Free parking is also available. ￫ Rooms The property has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, an optional crib, balcony with sea view, air conditioning, electric blinds and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, garden view, air conditioning and television. ￫ Bathrooms The property has two bathrooms. One with a combination whirlpool tub and shower and the other being a toilet with sink. ￫ Living/Dining Room The Living/Dining Room is equipped with Smart TV (with Netflix account), Satellite TV (English and Portuguese), a work desk and direct access to the garden and pool. ￫ Terrace The house has a relaxing terrace with outdoor furniture. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). ￫ Common Area In the common area you will have access to an outdoor pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sun loungers and garden. ￫ Parking Two parking spaces in the underground parking lot. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
