My Graça Flat in Lisbon is a typical Portuguese apartment located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque neighborhoods of the city - Bairro da Graça - on top of a hill and about 3 minute-walk from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. ￫ Building The apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator. With all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. ￫ Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa and a cozy decoration. ￫ Balcony The apartment has a charming balcony with a table for two, perfect to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. ￫ Dining Room The apartment has a dining area with a table for 6. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Additional Info: • The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. • Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. • The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. • Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, please leave the keys on the main table. • During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys.
