This delightful apartment is situated in the vibrant and historic heart of Lisbon. The building is located next to Rua da Bica, renowned for its lively nightlife, and close to one of Lisbon's most picturesque viewpoints, the Santa Catarina Viewpoint, with breathtaking views of the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Most of Lisbon's top attractions, historic sites, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, as well as various modes of public transportation for your convenience. The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Additionally, it's a known area for its nightlife, with various restaurants and bars. Therefore, please be aware that a significant amount of activity and noise can be expected (especially intensified during the month of the festivities). → Building The apartment is situated on the second floor of an old building in a typical historic Lisbon neighborhood. Please note that access to the building and the apartment is via stairs. Being an older building, it exhibits some resulting characteristics, such as limited soundproofing and an outdated plumbing system. Thus, we recommend regular ventilation of the spaces during your stay to avoid related odors. It's ideal for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon in the liveliest part of the city! Pedestrian access only. The road is approximately 100 meters away. Maintenance work taking place in the common areas of the building, roof and facade of the building. → Bedroom The apartment offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and plenty of natural light. → Bathroom The apartment features a bathroom with a shower. → Living/Dining Room The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed by the window that brightens up the apartment during the day and offers stunning views of the city and the Cristo Rei statue. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Please be aware that Bica is a very busy area and there are bars close to the apartment. Some noise can be expected, especially on weekend nights. → Due to the fact that Lisbon is an old and historic city close to the Tagus River, plumbing odors can be expected in older buildings. This circumstance is beyond our control and rarely happens, but it is a possibility when the river tide changes. → City Tax will also be charged according to the law. → Construction works are taking place in the building with no timetable for completion.
