Welcome to my beloved apartment where I lived for five years before I moved countries. It was completely renovated when I moved in, with a modern an minimalistic look. There's a terrace to enjoy the sunny days and a cozy couch and TV/Chromecast for streaming on rainy ones. If you feel like going out, you are a 15 min walk away from the city center Marquês de Pombal. The house has all the utilities needed for daily life. The apartment is in the city center so some of the noises such as cars or airplanes can be heard outside but you can mute that out by closing all the double-glass windows. If you decide to stay, I just ask you take care of the apartment as if it was your own and hope you enjoy what Lisbon has to offer you. The apartment is near Universidade Nova de Lisboa. This is a family building so parties and late night noisy sessions are not allowed. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
