Please note that street parking is limited. The large windows flood the space with natural light, warming the environment and making it even more inviting. This invitation is complemented by the modern and minimalist decor, punctuated with elements of vivid colors. - Living Area It features an elegant and comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table. The stairs to the upper floor are strategically placed to create an additional space ideal for reading moments on the chaise longue or working at the convenient desk. A complete kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with all the convenience. - Kitchenette Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Krups espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machine and dishwasher. - Bedrooms Located on the first floor (accessible by stairs). Both bedrooms have a double bed (140cm x 200cm), air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes. Note that one of the bedrooms does not have a door, while the other has a sliding door. - Bathrooms On the lower floor, the apartment has a guest bathroom. The full bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms and is equipped with a shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
