With a cozy living room where sunlight streams through the windows, two inviting bedrooms, and all the modern amenities, it's the ideal base in the heart of the city's nightlife and culture! - Building Apartment located on the second floor of a recently restored building without an elevator, in the famous Bairro Alto of Lisbon. Bairro Alto is one of the city's main tourist destinations, presenting two distinct facets: during the day, it is a tranquil and picturesque neighborhood, with inviting outdoor cafés and alternative shops; at night, visitors socialize in the streets, exploring different bars and clubs, filling the area with music and animation. Due to the bohemian lifestyle that characterizes Bairro Alto, some exterior noise is to be expected. Please note that the building is located opposite a bar. Car access is limited, with only taxis permitted. The nearest street with car access is Rua da Rosa, about 140 meters from the apartment. - Living Room A welcoming living room with a sofa and TV awaits you. Through the French windows, which open onto a typical Lisbon balcony, sunlight floods the space, bringing warmth and comfort. The open-plan layout with the kitchenette creates an ideal social area. Additionally equipped with air conditioning, it allows for a comfortable temperature throughout the year. - Kitchenette Fully equipped with an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine (coffee not included), as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. It is complemented by a dining table for 4 people. - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. One suite with a double bed and wardrobe, and one bedroom with two single beds. - Sitting Area A small and cozy sitting room, equipped with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and some books, is perfect for relaxing (it can be used as an additional bedroom). - Bathrooms It has two bathrooms. One with a shower, en suite, and another with a small bathtub. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
