Just a 20-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area. Free parking is available on the street in front of the building (subject to availability). Please note that it is necessary to climb 7 steps to access the building. The natural light that floods the rooms through the large balcony windows is the highlight of this apartment, creating a pleasant sense of continuity with the outdoors and connecting to a lovely balcony space.
