Welcome to this fantastic 3-bedroom duplex house with a terrace. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, two kitchens, one on each floor and a living room.
The highlight of this house is the sunny terrace overlooking the Alvor marina. It has a table and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors while eating a home-cooked meal or having a glass of wine, and you can also enjoy a nice sunset.
The space:
Enjoy a memorable stay in the Algarve in a place where everything has been thought out with care and detail.
The apartment consists of the following elements:
- A living room with access to the terrace;
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals;
- A second kitchen on the bedroom floor for support;
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony;
- 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and marina view;
- 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and a view of the marina;
- 1 bathroom with shower on the bedroom floor. A hairdryer is at your disposal;
- 1 bathroom with shower on the upper floor. A hairdryer is at your disposal;
- Amenities, towels and bed linen included;
- A terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve breeze, overlooking the marina and with great sunsets.

4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

The neighborhood:
Situated roughly halfway between Portimão and Lagos is the pretty harbour village of Alvor. Given its position on the Algarve the village is remarkably unspoiled with the old village retaining much of its charm. One of Alvor's greatest assets is the wide, palm tree-lined riverfront. Stretching out in both directions, the hub is the square of Largo Ribeira with its fish statue giving a hint at what's on the menu here! There are a number of restaurants here all serving up what is regarded as some of the tastiest seafood in the region. From the square you can take a short pleasant walk along the river into what almost feels like the countryside. Head in the opposite direction, past the new fishermen's huts and marina, as most people do, and you will soon find yourself on the vast expanse of golden sand that is Alvor beach. Given its location, Alvor is a great spot for exploring the neighbouring towns of Portimão and Lagos. There are regular buses running from next to the central taxi rank to either town.

The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9 PM are subject to a €15 surcharge, and from 11 PM to a €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival, in order to cover transportation costs thereafter.

Extra keys: 25Eur until 6h30pm, 50Eur until 12am (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
